1. What FloorGeo is
FloorGeo lets you upload a floorplan (PDF, JPG, or PNG), align it to satellite imagery by placing reference points, and export the result in various GIS formats. By using FloorGeo, you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts
You can browse and use the core editing tools without an account. An account (email address) is required to export files. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since that's how we verify sign-in.
3. Free export and paid credits
Every account gets one free export. Additional exports require purchasing credits, sold in bundles. Credits do not expire and are not tied to a specific project — they can be used on any floor, any project, at any time.
4. Refunds
If a credit purchase was made in error, or you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using purchased credits, contact us and we'll make it right — refund, replacement credits, or a fix, depending on the situation. Credits that have already been used to complete an export are not eligible for refund.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to the floorplans you upload and the georeferenced files you export. We don't claim ownership of your content and don't use it for anything other than providing the service to you.
6. Accuracy disclaimer
FloorGeo's georeferencing is only as accurate as the reference points you place. We do not guarantee the resulting alignment is suitable for any particular purpose — survey-grade accuracy, legal boundaries, construction planning, or anything requiring certified precision. Verify accuracy independently before relying on exported files for decisions with real-world consequences.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use FloorGeo to upload content you don't have the right to use, to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service, or to violate any applicable law.
8. Termination
You can stop using FloorGeo at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
