What we collect

Your email address (for sign-in), the floorplans and project data you upload, and billing information handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details ourselves.

How we use it

To authenticate you, save your projects so they're there when you come back, process payments for export credits, and respond if you contact us. We don't sell your data or use your floorplans for anything other than providing the service to you.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run FloorGeo. Each only sees the data it needs to do its job:

Supabase — authentication and database storage for your projects and uploaded images
Stripe — payment processing for export credits
Mapbox — satellite imagery and address search
Resend — delivering sign-in emails and messages sent through the contact form

Data retention

Your projects and uploaded floorplans are retained until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. To request account deletion, contact us.

Cookies

We use only the session cookies necessary to keep you signed in. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Children's privacy

FloorGeo is not directed at children and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the date above.
